The website maintenance schemes are an optional service for your website hosting. A non-refundable monthly charge is applied depending on your level of need. You pay a preferential base rate for a specified number of hours. Any work carried out that exceeds the allocated time allowance will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Bronze	£75 per month	2 hour free website updates and telephone support
Silver	£125 per month	4 hours free website updates and telephone support
Gold	£150 per month	6 hours free website updates and telephone support

Website SEO	£100 per month	A basic Search Engine Optimization and monitoring service where your website content and search engine tags will be kept up to date and the website will be regularly re-indexed to Google Sitemaps.
Weekly Database Backup	FREE	As standard, all websites running either an MS Access or SQL server database have weekly backups taken of their data as part of the Database Web Hosting service.
Weekly CMS Data Backup	£50 per month	Recommended for users of the Webshop, Mailermatic, Clickmachine CMS, e-CRAM and all customers who upload files and images to their website. A weekly backup will be taken to ensure that lost or corrupt items can be recovered.
