dp.mailermatic is an application module that manages e-mail and snailmail marketing. It can receive data from any website, (it doesn't have to be one created by us), it can have data imported from CSV from offline software programs and records can be manually entered in the administration section. Detailed stats are retained for each campaign and the 'articles' (stories/promotions etc.) within each Campaign. Records can be assigned into unlimited 'Groups' and can be sorted in various ways before mailing. It handles e-mails that are returned both as bounced messages and genuine reply-to messages a recipient has responded to.
This is just a sub-set of a very full feature set, suffice to say I am using it right now and that is always a good measure of a genuine belief in your own product!
Datapartners have a number of interconnecting modules that all share the same customer database and once you start using this system the adding additional modules is very economic.
So for a client that is starting with their first module the costs are:
£350 + VAT for the Customer Database plus £250 + VAT for the MailerMatic license
The monthly figures as follows:
1-99 Customers £10 + VAT per month
100-1999 Customers £15 + VAT per month
2000-4999 Customers £25 + VAT per month
5000-9999 Customers £40 + VAT per month
10000-25000 Customers £60 + VAT per month
Then if there is any additional configuration or training that would be charged on an hourly basis and we also offer content management backups along with an e-mail and telephone support contract for £50 + VAT per month.
As mentioned, once into this system adding a WebShop is straightforward with only a basic additional £250.00 license cost as you would already have the Customer Manager for MailerMatic. The monthly costs are based on a matrix of number of products and invoices.
