The Customer Relationship Activity Manager (CRAM) is an interface that allows you to control your customer correspondence.
From the Datapartners Secure Administration area you can add, amend ande delete customer details, contacts and alternative delivery addresses. You can also document any notes or correspondence relating to the customer, upload any associated files, set activities and calendar entries with pop-up reminders.
This system fully integrates with both the MailerMatic and the Webshop Pro modules to allow you to view any corresponding email marketing data and order history.
